Jorginho has completed a move to Brazilian side Flamengo after parting ways with Arsenal.

The 33-year-old’s contract with the Gunners was due to expire on June 30. But the club have now announced that they have reached an agreement. With Jorginho to terminate his contract immediately, allowing him to move out of the club. Flamengo
announced Jorginho on Friday ahead of their participation in the FIFA Club World Cup. Which kicks off in the United States on June 14. Jorginho,
who was born in Brazil, chose to play for the Italian national team. He made his Premier League debut with Chelsea in 2018, where he went on to win the Champions League, Europa League, UEFA Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup.
The move marked the end of a two-and-a-half year spell in north London for the Brazilian-born former Italy international that saw him make 79 appearances in all competitions, scoring two goals.
However, while many of his contemporaries face a summer of uncertainty as they embark on the hunt to find a new club Jorginho’s next move has already been announced.
He joined Arsenal in January 2023 and has made 78 appearances
